Assist companies in building diverse body of employees
BPTN also hosts a yearly summit attended by tens of thousands of Black professionals from around the globe where attendees get the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, build their network, and learn from expert speakers

The Fresh Start Hub
The Fresh Start Hub is an organization dedicated to helping internationally-trained individuals and students navigate their careers in Canada
Offers free tools and templates (resumes, cover letters, emails to employers…etc.)
Their Career Accelerator Bootcamp is free and provides job seekers with information about the job application process, developing professional relationships, mock interviews, and ends with a career fair for employers
Individuals can also find mentorship or apply to become a mentor on the site
Users can also attend events and watch past events on the site
Career Edge
Career Edge connect job seekers (including newcomers, people with disabilities, and recent post-secondary graduates) with employers through paid internships
